Same design as Japanese business hotel from the room size to the bath tub. There are Japanese staffs and staffs fluent in Japanese, which is very helpful. Staffs are friendly and assist with taxi ordering. We did not have a feeling of staying in Vietnam, but overall, we enjoyed our stay.

I heard about this hotel and stayed here to see how it likes. Reception staffs are fluent in Japanese, hotel is as clean as business hotel in Japan, public bat with sauna, menu with more than 10 dishes for breakfast, TV with Japanese channels, washlet, etc. all made my stay very sastifying. Location is convenient with easy access by taxi. Staffs are very friendly and communicate fluently in Japanese to assist us with taxi handling, restaurant guidance, etc. The quality is so Japanese, which made me forgot that I'm staying in Vietnam, but for a person who often visits Vietnam for business like me, it's very thankful to have a relaxing space like in Japan. I'll stay at other hotel branch Sakura Hotel 2 and 3 next time for my future business trips.

Reception and guest rooms, public bath and amenities are just exactly same as Japanese hotel. Every time I visit Southeast Asia for business, I sometimes feel stressful with language barrier and different hotel quality but with Sakura Hotel, it's totally stress free!

I stayed at this hotel during my visit for leisure here. From the time of booking, I felt safe when receiving mail response from hotel's staffs, and their support during my stay was also very great. They were very effecient in solving problems. The reason why I did not give the hotel the highest score is because the TV broadcast was not stable. The TV interrupted every single minute. I had to reset and adjust with remote control, but at the end, I gave up watching TV. In addition, the bathroom was quite slippery, which would be the cause of accidents some days if they don't make any improvements. Also, even though the laundry service is free, it would be more convenient if there are 2 dryers at the laundry area.
Sakura Hotel is known for its convenience and highly recommended for both business travellers and tourists visiting Hanoi.
